{"id":3188,"date":"2023-04-03T08:37:34","date_gmt":"2023-04-03T06:37:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autocamp-sirena.com\/terms-and-conditions\/"},"modified":"2025-01-23T16:04:34","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T14:04:34","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/autocamp-sirena.com\/de\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Booking the pitch in the autocamp SIRENA Lokva Rogoznica, CROATIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Terms and conditions<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Booking can be made by writing a request to the camping e-mail <em>autocampsirena<\/em><em>@gmail.com<\/em> or by filing out the necessary information on the campsite&#8217;s web site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autocamp-sirena.com\">www.autocamp-sirena.com<\/a> to send the reservation request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To book the pitch at the campsite, the guest must notify the exact accomodation period, guest-s name, and e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESERVATION is confirmed when you pay a prepayment. A prepayment is 50 Eur for a pitch, from which reservation fee is 20% (10 Eur). 40 Eur will be extracted from your final bill at the reception.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The reserved pitch will be held for the guest until 21 PM the day of the arrival. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In case of delay it is necessary to announce a delay by the call to the reception <\/strong><a><strong>Phone :<\/strong><\/a><strong>+385 (0) 21 870 266<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The place will be held and the guest will be charged from the reservation date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of no-show until then your reservation will be automatically canceled without refunding a deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reserved bungalow will be held for the guest until 12 AM the following day and the guest will be charged from the reservation date. In case of changing the date of reservation we don&#8217;t guarantee the same pitch which you reserved in the campsite. In that case some other pitch or few of them can be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In case of changing the date of reservation less than 10 days before your arrival, reservation fee will be charged and we don&#8217;t <\/strong><strong>guarantee<\/strong><strong> the same pitch which you reserved in the campsite. In that case some other pitch or few of them can be offered.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By making your booking our agreement is a legal contract. In case of the cancellation the deposit is not refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final price for your stay will be calculated at the reception according to the valid price list and services you use.
