Booking the pitch in the autocamp SIRENA Lokva Rogoznica, CROATIA
Terms and conditions:
Booking can be made by writing a request to the camping e-mail autocampsirena@gmail.com or by filing out the necessary information on the campsite’s web site www.autocamp-sirena.com to send the reservation request.
To book the pitch at the campsite, the guest must notify the exact accomodation period, guest-s name, and e-mail address.
Iti s possible to book a pitch for the High season ( 15.06-30.09.2023 ) only by making a prepayment. The amount of prepayment for a pitch is 50 € for one pitch. The amount of prepayment for a bungalow is 30 % of the cost of the all reserved period.
The reservation can be guaranteed only by making a prepayment.
The reservation must be confirmed by e-mail.
The reserved pitch will be held for the guest until 20 PM the day of the arrival. In case of announced delay the place will be held until12 AM the folowing day and the guest will be charged from the reservation date. In case of no-show until then your reservation will be automaticaly canceled without refunding a deposit.
The reserved bungalow will be held for the guest until 12 AM the folowing day and the guest will be charged from the reservation date. In case of no-show until then the rservation is canceled automaticaly without refunding a deposit.
In case of earlier departure from the pitch which is not announced 14 days before the departure day the guest will be charged for the all reserved period.
In case of earlier departure from bungalow the guest will be charged for all the reserved period.
In case of ungaranteed reservation the campsite keeps the right to sell the pitch to another person.
Changing reservation date:
You can change the reservation date without charge 30 days before your arrival day. In case of changing the date of reservation we don’t guaranty the same pitch which you reserved in the campsite. In that case some other pitch or few of them can be offered.
In case of changing date of reservation less than 30 days before your arrival, we cannot guaranty the place for you.
In case of changing reservation less than 30 days before your arrival the first resevation will be considered canceled and aditional not refundable 25 € will be charged.
Cancelation policy:
By making your booking our agreement is a legal contract.
For the cancelation 30 days before the arrival date 50% of the depsosit will be refunded.
For the cancelation for the bungalow the deposit is not refundable.
For the later cancelation your deposit is non-refundable.
Prices
The rate quoted is correct only for the specific number of guests, vehicles, tents, pets and dates shown. Should you change any of these details then rates may be subjected to change.
