Booking the pitch in the autocamp SIRENA Lokva Rogoznica, CROATIA
Terms and conditions:
Booking can be made by writing a request to the camping e-mail autocampsirena@gmail.com or by filing out the necessary information on the campsite’s web site www.autocamp-sirena.com to send the reservation request.
To book the pitch at the campsite, the guest must notify the exact accomodation period, guest-s name, and e-mail address.
It’s possible to book a pitch only by making a prepayment.
RESERVATION FEE OFF 5 € for one pitch IS CHARGER FOR THE RESERVATIONS MADE IN THE PERIOD 01.06-01.09.
The reservation can be guaranteed only by making a prepayment.
The reserved pitch will be held for the guest until 21 PM the day of the arrival.
In case of delay it is necessary to announce a delay by the call to the reception Phone :+385 (0) 21 870 266
The place will be held and the guest will be charged from the reservation date.
In case of no-show until then your reservation will be automatically canceled without refunding a deposit.
The reserved bungalow will be held for the guest until 12 AM the following day and the guest will be charged from the reservation date. In case of no-show until then the reservation is canceled automatically without refunding a deposit.
In case of earlier departure from the pitch which is not announced 14 days before the departure day the guest will be charged for the all reserved period.
In case of earlier departure from the bungalow the guest will be charged for all the reserved period.
Changing reservation date:
You can change the reservation date without charge 30 days before your arrival day. In case of changing the date of reservation we don’t guarantee the same pitch which you reserved in the campsite. In that case some other pitch or few of them can be offered.
In case of changing the date of reservation less than 30 days before your arrival, reservation fee will be charged and also we don’t guarantee the same pitch which you reserved in the campsite. In that case some other pitch or few of them can be offered.
Cancelation policy:
By making your booking our agreement is a legal contract. In case of the cancellation the deposit is not refundable.
Prices
The final price for your stay will be calculated at the reception according to the valid price list and services you use. It can be different from the previous offer.
